| Orchard Hollow Suffolks was established in 1989. Our goal is to produce Suffolk sheep that are functional- have breed character & preform in the lambing barn as well as the showring. There are currently 20 purebred Suffolk ewes in the flock, all are QR/RR at codon 171 and our flock is NN for spider. We have very few purchased females, the majority of our ewe base are farm raised to minimize disease and maintain a consistant group. Females are culled hard for maternal traits, ease of handling and ability to maintain on pasture only, April-December. See the Reference Sires page for more information on past sires. | ||
